Coast to Coast Fulfillment’s business to consumer (B2C) division specializes in online order processing, including all aspects of e-fulfillment. We inventory products on behalf of our clients, download orders from our clients’ websites, process credit card payments, pick & pack merchandise, then ship to consumer via the specified carrier, usually within one business day. Our e-fulfillment service has handled as many as 90,000 line items in a single day for one client. We maintain online databases for our online fulfillment clients’ and provide toll-free inbound customer service with online access to all purchasing & shipping history.

We have a US post office on premises, are the largest USPS customer in the state, but also ship via UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, and freight. Our east coast location is ideal for e-fulfillment, since we are 5 or less UPS zones away from the majority of the US population, resulting in faster delivery with lower shipping costs.
